8. Describe your previous experience as staff if you have any. (Don't post IP) I was a Senior Mod for a military RP server. As well irl I run a business which can reallyhelp with the amount of people skills i have obtained from such.

14.Why do you want to be staff?I believe I deserve the staff rank because I’ve waited till almost everyone on the server knows me.  I’ve played long enough that I know all the rules. I don’t ever break the rules. I’ve never been warned in my whole time playing here and I plan to keep it that way.  I don’t minge around and I’m super active on the server. I love this server and I’m on it enough that I think I could really help out the staff team. I always cooperate with my higher ups and the staff team.  I think that I’ve proven myself to the community to be a trust worthy member. I believe I deserve the staff rank because I’ve waited till almost everyone on the server knows me.  I’ve played long enough that I know all the rules. I want to be staff because i was staff on the Undiscovered RP Server and i want to try to be on the Military RP Server and i can help alot, I am very active I am on everyday, I can help new users and show them how the server works and how good it is, I want to show people how great the server is, I want to make people be happy they are on the server and be active on it alot and show there friends and family to join them because how great the server is, I played from day 1 of the server i been playing alot, alot of people know me on the server, I can help with alot of stuff, when I be WO (Warrent Officer) and do tryouts when they 1v1 i can tp them back and do the 1v1 again, If i am the only staff member i will make sure no one breaking any rules at all times and if even staff are on I will make sure no one will break the rules, I will catch hackers and exploiters from the commands i remembered from Undiscovered RP, I wont do anything bad, I will not favorite anyone, I will make sure I will do great and on track, and I can think of so many things for the server.

The server just released about one day ago at night, and I have 4 hours on the server.
6. What do you want to do to help the server?
I want the server to become good with excellent staff and to make the game big just to help the server. If I am admin, my goal is to make the server get at least 25 people every day for a week, and I want the people to think that I am a good admin and they would ask me for help and I want people to tell other people about the server so it could get more popular.

I have not been staff in Garry mod, but I have been in Mine-craft and other games, and the servers did OK. 
9. What does it mean to “be staff.”
I think the meaning of staff is responsibility and trust, and the point of being it is to help the server out and make the server better just being you and admin to me means to do your best to show everyone how good you can be. If they think you are right it is a good goal, but if people don't like you if you are admin that is not good and I hope if I am admin, it will not happen and admin also means to make everything better just being you and make reasonable goals like compliments. Also, admin is all about trust, and if people trust you they would like to go to a sit and ask questions not being scared or afraid to be in a sit I will try to make it easy and fast as possible to make the server fast and running without a problem.

I am kind I would not be mean I would try to make people happy and try to have as much as possible and if it is not allowed I would not do it, I also will not attempt to cheat by giving myself money. Still, I will make people have a great time without people getting mad about stuff, and if there is an issue, I would like to fix it, and I will be proud to help out the server and try to make it a better place. 


14. Why do you want to be a staff?
I want to help the server out by trying to be a good admin and to make the server a better place. My goal is to create someone compliment me and even if someone says something about me that I would not like to hear, I would just ignore them, and also, I do not swear and cuss at people. I will try to do my best to make the server a better and more fun place. If I am admin, I will try to make money legit and not drop my self money. If I want money, I would ask the owner aka the founder of the server Matt, and I been at the sever from day 1 when it was created, and when I was there, I thought to my self that this server would soon grow and be popular and everyone will like me as admin or a player. My goal is to make the server fun and think that I am one of the best admins out there in the server or any server, and that is why I want to be an admin at this server.

What do I want to do to help the server is I am on the server late at night and I see people breaking rules rdming and the staff are either AFK or asleep so there is no one to help the other players and with me being on at those times if I accepted I can help those players. Also, I can be on a lot due to no school which is good because if the admins need to go or something comes up I can be on relatively quickly because I don’t leave the house much.

Hi, my name is Austin and something about me is I'm a volunteer fireman which means at any moment I can get a call and have to go and that can interfere with this and I know that but I will still try to make it work. Also, I am a kind hatred person, and if there is a problem I will do all I can to try and fix it no matter what. also, I almost always get along with anyone and everyone


14. Why do you want to be staff? 
Why I want to be staff is because of the times I'm on. I can be there while the other staff is asleep or AFK but I also want to help do what is right for the server and for the community. Another reason I want to be staff is I have been with this server only a couple days but the time I had with it was awesome and I want to be able to repay the server and I feel like devoting more time and effort as staff can really help. I feel as if I'm a nice, pleasant, and fair person.  I am very hard working I also love working towards a goal, which would be making the server as fun and enjoyable for everyone to RP in.
